The glacier ski area in Hintertux is a one-of-a-kind destination even in summer and autumn. Summer skiing is becoming more and more popular. State-of-the-art railways take you from 1,500 m to 3,250 m in just a few minutes. Between 10 and 18 km of slopes and up to 10 lifts also operate in summer! The longest ski run is about two kilometres long and ends right in front of the sunny terrace of the Tuxer Fernerhaus 2,660m restaurant. In autumn, when the first powder snow tempts skiers, the Hintertux Glacier is the place to be for anyone already looking forward to winter!

Get a little closer to heaven 365 days a year! The Hintertux Glacier in Zillertal invites you to ski picture-perfect slopes all year round. Beginners and pros can look forward to the panorama terrace, snow park, Tuxer Fernerhaus restaurant, summer cable car and breath-taking 12 km run into the valley.
