Things to know for your holiday at Vierjahreszeiten
Your arrival and departure
Rooms are to be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. You can check in to
your room from 2 pm on the day of your arrival. Should you be arriving after 8
pm we ask you to please inform us by telephone.
If you wish to go skiing or hiking on the day of your departure, we have a separate arrival/departure room available with lockers for your luggage.
You may arrive on any day of the week.
Pets are welcome in our hotel. We charge EUR 7 per day for cleaning services without food. Please bring your own basket and blanket for your pet. Please note that pets are not allowed in our restaurant!
Reservation – mode of payment
Once a reservation is confirmed by our receipt of your down payment, terms
and conditions as stated in the Austrian Hotel Industry contract terms are
deemed to be accepted by you.
You will find our bank details stated on your reservation confirmation and your reservation is guaranteed once we have received the down payment.
It is possible to pay your hotel invoice in cash, or with an EC card with Pin
We cannot accept any credit cards and thank you for your understanding.
Surcharge and discounts
For short stays of up to 3 days, a surcharge of EUR 3 per person and per day
Weekend reservations can also be made at short notice, up to one week before the date of arrival.
Additional breakfast on day of arrival: EUR 10 per person.
For overnight stays with breakfast only, we refund EUR 7 in summer and EUR 10 in winter per person.
No refund possible for services included in packages.
For weekly stays without a ski pass, we charge the regular daily price.
For your convenience, we offer travel insurance by the Europäischen Reiseversicherung AG. Please find more information about this at: www.europaeische.at or attached to each reservation confirmation!
For short-notice cancellations until 4 weeks before arrival, we keep the down payment or save it for your next stay with us. No charges apply for cancellations that are made more than three months before your date of arrival. Between three months and one month before arrival, we charge three days of your holiday arrangement. For cancellations up to one month before the date of arrival, we charge up to 70 % of the holiday arrangement. We only accept cancellations in writing.
