Our "Good Morning Breakfast"

Our irresistible “Good Morning Breakfast” guarantees an amazing start to your day. Choose from a wide range of wonderful goodies. 

Savour homemade bread, fruit-filled jams and fresh local butter and yoghurt. Our muesli corner has plenty of interesting ingredients for you to mix and match into a perfect breakfast bowl. Fill up for the day with freshly-prepared eggs, tasty juices and a variety of teas.

A fruit basket with fresh, juicy apples is available for guests all day long.

What could be better than a fresh glass of spring water from the Tyrolean Alps?! Quench your thirst with a glass of our delicious water which you will get to enjoy every single day of your holidays in the Tuxertal valley.

Each day of your stay will end with delicious dining. Our kitchen team treats you to wonderful, flavourful and creative buffets. From traditional Tyrolean evenings to special pizza, pasta & Barolo evenings – taste the passion and dedication of our kitchen team who strive to put a delighted smile on your face every day.

Timeless wines for connoisseurs

With the complete redesign of our hotel bar in 2015, featuring bright colours combined with reclaimed wood, we also decided to break new ground in terms of wine. We went in search of a line of wines that suits the ambience of our hotel and offers guests a very special treat.

Gabi and Heinz Weixelbaum had just what we were looking for. Our carefully chosen wines complement our cuisine perfectly and are the perfect way to enjoy a leisurely evening in our hotel bar.

Der Rote – The Red: a Zweigelt, deep and rich in colour. It harmoniously surrounds the palate with the elegant flavour of wild berries.
Der Weisse – The White: a Grüner Veltliner, fully ripe and aromatic. This is a Veltliner for every palate.
Der Rose – The Rose: refreshing and crisp. This wine perfectly shows off the variety of the Weixelbaum winery.

The label of our house wines features the mountains around our hotel – the colour is cheeky and a bit bold, but in keeping with us and our atmosphere. Enjoy a good glass of our timeless wine with your dinner or as a complement to good conversations with us or other guests in our fun and cosy hotel bar.

Cable car herb garden – organic herbs for our kitchen

Fresh herbs give dishes an extra kick and make your taste buds sing. At the Hotel Vierjahreszeiten in Hintertux, our head chef Astrid picks herbs every day from the extra special herb garden just outside the hotel. In a cable car that once transported guests up the mountain, today we grow herbs such as chives, savory, pineapple sage, chervil, sorrel and dill. Visit our cable car herb garden and enjoy the intoxicating scent of fresh herbs.
